This is a group for anyone interested in healthy foods with no added sugar, in particular for children. Just talking about the influence of refined sugar on children's health and behaviour, exchanging recipes for healthy lunch box ideas and promoting a low to no added sugar diet. I started this group because I am a grandmother of 4 (4-7) and I was also running stall at the primary school fundraiser where I offered only sweets and treats without added sugar and the food prepared in that manner was extremely well received. Discussions were sparked at the stall and I realised that there is a high demand . I am looking forward to meeting like minded people to discuss diet, exchange recipes and maybe run another stall/demonstration/hands-onfood preparation experinece putting theory into action, and learn from each other. I am envisaging monthly meetings in a relaxed atmosphere.
