Learn some new trails and hope running with others pushes me to run some more miles and get a little closer to my goals.

Usually run in Reservation or Loantaka on Saturday mornings.
7-8 minute miles for 5-10 miles.
Stopped running about 20 years ago and picked it up again 2 years ago. Looking forward to some trail running to mix things up a bit.
