Why are you interested in attending Watertown Saturday Toastmasters?

This summer, I was inspired to begin tackling my wariness of public speaking. I enrolled in a 10 wk public speaking class taught by a wonderful professor in Brandeis's Theater department. The class was structured around 4 speeches, and peer feedback. 3 of the speeches were extemporaneous and 1 was verbatim. When the course came to a close in early August, my professor reccomended Toastmasters as a way to keep up skills and continue improving! This group sounds like a great fit :)

How did you hear about our club? (e.g., newspaper ad, Starbucks bulletin board)

Hello! My name is Karen, I graduated from Brandeis in 2011, and am currently working at Brandeis as a Research Assistant. I took a short public speaking class this past summer, and I am looking for chances to keep improving and continue practicing!
