This group is for anyone that is looking for some extra motivation to keep fit and eat healthily. With meetups that are low pressure and do not put too much emphasis on weight loss goals but more on sustainable healthy habits. It would suit anyone who is looking for some company while you get active. I am not a personal trainer or weight loss specialist, I am just looking for that extra reason to get up and moving on a regular basis and would like to create a way for us all to help each other. Meetups will include some activity in the park or recreation ground and maybe even a visit to the supermarket to plan our healthy meals for the next few days and get the shopping in for anyone that would like to bounce some nutritional ideas off one another.
