In mythology, rainbows are associated with hope, good fortune, peace, and unity. They reflect the beautiful colors of autumn.

As the daylight hours dwindle, we reach the point where there are exactly 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness at the equator. During this time of balance, called Autumn Equinox, we celebrate the blessings of the harvest.

We think about all the good things that have come our way this year, and in years past and offer gratitude.

By acknowledging our blessings, it sends a message to the universe which in return sends more blessings to us.

Please join us for our Autumn Equinox Rainbow Labyrinth and Story Blessing!

This will be a fun, frolicking, rainbow-licious experience where we are filled with gratitude and receiving of many rainbow blessings.

The celebration will begin at 5:00 p.m. and continue until 7:00 p.m.

You will have the opportunity to hear a Story Blessing offered by Alyson, make rainbow wands with Elisabeth, walk a rainbow labyrinth crafted by our labyrinth master maker, Jacob, participate in duck divination with Quynn, and have a super joyous time as we all celebrate the transition into autumn. (The photo below is from our April Fool's Day labyrinth walk)

This event is offered by spirit-guided donation. (Ask within to know how much to offer.) Proceeds support the many offerings of the Institute for the Shamanic Arts.

Families and children are welcome.

Please bring water and a folding chair, blanket, pillow, or whatever you would like to sit on. Also, if you have them, bring your drum, rattle, bells, singing bowls, or other percussion instruments (We will have some for those that don't have instruments).

You are encouraged to wear colorful rainbow garb, costumes, masks, flowers, wings, regalia, hats, wigs, etc.!!!!

Please enter the parking lot from the Craycroft street side and we will escort you to the site (or, if you are running late, look for the rainbows!)
