Certainly. Now very much accustomed to the European norm of 6 weeks annual paid leave, I don't know if I can face the paltry two-week American allowance of a typical full-time job.
I've worked as a professional web developer in London since 1996, and have focused on Microsoft technologies for the past five years.
I've got far too many, and I lean heavily towards many of the excellent O'Reilly titles. But I have begun using my online Safari bookshelf a lot more recently and may go paperless soon.
For the work I do, I have recently found ScottGu's blog [scottgu.com] to have many useful answers.
I've been a web developer for the past 12 years, mostly working for various design agencies in London. Last year I relocated to the Triangle area.
