What we're about

The Group is up and running, we meet at the Inglemoor High School at 7PM on wednesday nights for speed work.  Kenmore Running Club is for anyone interested in running for fun, and those training for 5K's to Marathons. Our group  helps, encourages and supports athletes of all abilities. Everyone is welcome. We are a local group that meets to create community and have a good time while working on our fitness. There are no fees to join.
