My name is Paul and I love keeping fit and trying new activities.

This is a group for anyone interested in mid-week fitness activities in Bristol. The group is for people who want to exercise with others and make friends. The groups activities will be focused mainly on running, cycling and climbing. The sessions will be around 1 hour long, during the week and will take place in the afternoon or early evening.
