In our weekly mindfulness drop-in group we practice in the spirit of mindfulness throughout, with a guided meditation, sitting meditation, mindful drinking, walking meditation, mindful listening and talking.

Our aim is to set-up a strong and supportive practice community in Brighton and Hove and to grow and develop our mindfulness practice together. We run an 8 week intensive mindfulness course and plan to create a real-food vegetarian cafe where we encourage people to practice mindful eating and consumption and a full-time mindfulness practice centre.

Each group has a particular theme for the week and there will a short talk on a specific aspect of mindful living and practice. This group is well suited to people who have a history of anxiety and depression or those who simply want to integrate a deeper practice of mindfulness into their everyday lives.

Please feel free to bring a stool or cushion or chairs and blankets are provided.

Please arrive at 6:50pm ready to start promptly at 7pm.

Free Tea provided. There is two hours free parking in the large Tescos opposite the clinic.

We ask people to make a contribution of £5 towards the running of each group.
