What we're about
This is an open group for people interested in mindfulness "vipassana" meditation practice and learning more of Buddhist dharma teachings. We come together weekly having a chance to sit and practice "insight meditation" with like minded people and create a supportive community with other practitioners.
Beginners or longer term meditation practitioners are welcome. The evening consists of a 35 minute sitting and dharma talk/reflection.
The Tuesday Evening Meditation is offered on a donation/dana basis. We are supported by the practice of shared generosity. Everyone is Welcome1
