We meet weekly on Tuesday Evenings. Everyone is welcome whether a beginner and wanting to learn more or a long time practitioner.
The meditation group is offered on a dana/donation basis. We have cushions and mats for those who are comfortable sitting on the floor and comfy chairs for people who need to sit. We also provide hot tea if you'd like.
We sit for about 35/40 minutes, followed by a short break and then a dharma talk and/or discussion.
