This group is open to anyone 18 or over who is interested in discussing all lifestyle modifiable habits that affect whole health and fitness. All health and fitness levels are welcome. We are a group committed to evaluating the popular myths and misconceptions and discussing and employing efficient and effective lifestyle choices to make a positive impact on ourselves and on our society. We meet at ongoing events and activities that facilitate face-to-face, in-person interactions to build connections among members and create a community interested in achieving and/or maintaining their best personal whole health and fitness. Activities will include open meetings, fitness events, discussion groups, food events and seminars to work together to learn and share successful lifelong skills for optimal health. Our group will provide an opportunity for personal growth and networking with other people to discuss what it means to live a healthy and fit life.
