Common topics are around themes of productivity, relationships, resilience, and joy.

Well Being in the Park- A Talk and Chat at Dufferin Grove- Gratitude

Hi all! Welcome and thanks for joining. Every other week we will be doing a mini flourishing skills group, where we learn a bit about positive psychology, practice a wellbeing-promoting activity, and then connect and share with others. It will be low key, and fun. Each session will start and end with a centering meditative moment. There will be some teaching, some practice, some sharing in pairs and small groups, quick reflection, and close with another centering activity. I'll throw in some extra tools and hacks for improving mindset, relationships, perspective and more. There will be a new topic and activity each time. Bring a notebook and a pencil/pen and maybe something to sit on- like a mat or a blanket because we will likely be on the grass. Look for the Well Being in the Park sign. I'll be somewhere near the big pretty stone and walkway. Donations are welcome Feel free to bring snacks to share- we can have a little picnic!

It will be low key, and fun. Each session will start and end with a centering meditative moment. NOTE: This event is cross-promoted on other platforms, so the number of attendees is usually higher than what may be visible here. :) There will be a new topic and activity each week.
