    This is an inclusive group for plus-size and all body positive women who want to get/keep active on a regular basis surrounded by other fun-loving women. Each session is a 45-minute workout that consists of a warm-up, a timed walk or jog and then a cool down. A timed walk or jog simply means that you walk or run for 15 minutes one way and then turn around and head back. This group is about learning to run in a group, sharing your experience and knowledge, and growing your confidence to take part in fun run/walk events or simply to keep active and healthy. The group meets at Cog Park, 391 Evans Bay Parade, Hataitai (the grassy patch next to the tennis court on 

    Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6am. 




    We are heading into winter so please bring warm gear to put on afterwards and a light weatherproof jacket incase it’s raining.
