NZ is world famous for it's fabulous brunch. We've all eaten it out – now learn to make it at home..... From poaching the perfect egg to making the smoothest hollandaise, you will not only learn how to make Eggs Benedict but also ricotta hotcakes, coconut bread, and one of Wellington favorites: kedgeree.
After making all these delicious goodies we'll all sit down for a leisurely brunch together.
This is a three hour class given by a professional chef at Elements Cooking School in the lovely Lyall Bay.
Last day for payment for this event is Thursday 4th of April. Please ensure that we receive your payment by this date or risk loosing your place.
Price: $99 (I know it's a bit expensive but it's in a professional kitchen for three hours, with a professional chef and we'll be making four separate dishes).
