Due to popular demand we've decided to host this second paneer class with Sushil....
After the massive success of our first two curry classes with Sushil we’ve decided to host another class for the vegetarian Foodies.
A Wellington Foodies Exclusive.....
This one is for all you Master Chef fans and those that would like to learn some of the secrets of a seriously good curry from the master himself.....Sushil Ravikumar!
The Master Chef judges were blown away by Sushil's curries....so much so that Simon Gault offered him a job and he's now working at Pravda. The judges said that Sushil's curry was the best they had EVER tasted. You're in for a treat.
Sushil publishes his recipes on his Facebook page....you might want to check it out: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Sushil-Ravikumar-Masterchef-New-Zealand/443043462440593
What we're going to be doing.....
This is a hands on lesson so numbers are very limited....
We'll be making Paneer Matar a mild and creamy vegiterian curry with a vegetable pulao. Sushil has loads of great tips when it comes to spices and cooking the perfect rice. Maybe he'll even share a little Master Chef gossip with us :-)
After we've made our curries we'll all sit down to dinner with a lovely glass of wine.
Price of this event is $65pp and includes hands on lesson, dinner and glass of wine. The last date for payment for this event is Monday 6th of January. If you haven't paid by 6th you'll be removed from the list and your place will be allocated to the next person on the waiting list.
We will re-run this event again if we get enough people on the waiting list.
