Am an accidential collector of cookbooks. My idea of a geat time always involves food - a new or trusted restaurant, a beach BBQ, fondue, picnics, festivals and one of my favourite aspects of travel is discovering new flavours. The trip usually involves a cooking school - may favourite being Cambodia.
Apart from eating? Err no not especially talented.
Any festival, restaurant, cooking demonstration or class, matching wine with food, exploring organic or home grown supplies, seasonal events or celebrations, learning about different culturals food and plates.
Wellington wannabe travel writer and international cooking school host? Happy to be ensconsed in local restaurants, festivals and with my nose in a cook book. Like the idea of sharing experiences with other foodies.
