MetaFIT is a true HIIT workout. Lasting only 30 minutes and using bodyweight movements; you will be improving your fitness, strength building and your calorie demands will be increased so much you'll be burning fat for 24 hours afterwards. The classes go ahead even if it looks like no one has registered and are well attended, so feel free to come along to try something a bit different and effective. The classes are led by a qualified PT, MetaFIT coach and with many years experience in the health industry. These classes have all abilities and age groups training together; you will find athletes working out next to Grandma's, teenagers next to parents and families exercising together. All the exercises can be modified according to your fitness levels and abilities. MetaPWR is a 30 minute circuit style class that involves performing a combination of strength, plyometric and ballistic exercises and is great for increasing cardiovascular fitness, strength and body composition. MetaPWR is a true metabolic workout that releases growth hormone into the body that allows fat loss with minimal muscle atrophy. All workouts can be modified for all levels of fitness and are only taught by live coaches. You will not find these workouts on line or on a virtual platform. You will be coached on form, work rate and work capacity. These classes are held upstairs at Club Kelburn squash club by qualified MetaPWR coaches. They are safe and effective and cater for all levels of fitness. Wear gym clothes, bring a sweat towel, a water bottle and just $10 per class.
