Hey folks, we're excited to announce the next Motion Design Meetup featuring guest speaker Paul Darragh, AKA Bemodern! You won't want to miss it.
Paul's an Artist & Designer currently practicing from ‘The Barn’ in Matamata, New Zealand.
Over the last ten years Darragh was living and working in New York City. Four of these years he was founder & creative director of the design studio, Manhattan Born, located in the city's East Village. Manhattan Born produced some highly creative projects, including giant animated billboards in Times Square for make-up retailer Sephora, as well as branding The Soul Train Awards.
As a freelance creative, Darragh has had the pleasure of contributing artwork to some fantastic projects. He designed and illustrated artwork for Rihanna’s Rude Boy Music Video, created custom pop-a-shot machines for Nike at the World Basketball Tournament, and most recently was an Art Director for the New York Times experiential design studio, Fake Love.
Darragh has now returned to New Zealand where he is continuing to collaborate with studios in New York and around the word and extend his fine art practice exhibiting paintings.
A special thanks for the ace team at Fox&Co for bringing Paul down to present.
