What we're about

Ramp up the run factor by improving your triathlon fitness and skills within a group context! If you're interested in run, road biking, windtrainer sessions, pool swimming, open-water swimming or any other tri related session, let's catch up. You may be a beginner or you may have completed in a number of events - there is always something to learn, improve on or simply pass onto others. I pledge to provide numbers of fun, challenging & alternative tri based sessions for you in the next few months. Come on down & try a session with us

Sunday Long Bike Ride

Needs a location

We have a group long ride most Sunday mornings. We are building our fitness towards early season triathlon events so this is a longer endurance based bike ride. Normally 3-4 hrs in length. Contact me to confirm the start location and bike route Cheers Jen

Mon Swim Session

1 hr swim session aimed at triathletes and swimmers. Mix of fitness training sets and technique practice. Contact Jenny to confirm your place

Tuesday PM, Windtrainer Session

Thorndon Tennis and Squash Club

This is a 60-75 min bike session. You will need to bring your own windtrainer and bike to the session. Great for fitness and endurance improvements

Wed Swim Session

This is a 1 hr tri based swim session. Mix of training sets and technique based skills. If you are interested in joining contact Jenny to discuss and confirm
