What we're about

Ramp up the run factor by improving your triathlon fitness and skills within a group context! If you're interested in run, road biking, windtrainer sessions, pool swimming, open-water swimming or any other tri related session, let's catch up. You may be a beginner or you may have completed in a number of events - there is always something to learn, improve on or simply pass onto others.
