Needs a location
Hi, I'm Stu, not a sports or medical professional, but I'm a keen runner with podium finishes in everything from 10km to 85km events.
Come and join in for a 35 minute core (abdominal) strength workout before the Tuesday Spectacular run!
Squats, planks, bridges, lunges, and core supersets...we do it all!
The location is the amphitheatre at Frank Kitts Park, pinpointed here: https://goo.gl/maps/EUtQS5qEfLP2 On wet days we'll be nearer the children's playground just to the north or inside the covered carpark just to the south.
