This is a wellness hiking group that loves and appreciates the beauty of nature. We are a moderate to slower paced group, so if hiking for exercise is your thing just keep in mind we are not in the woods to hurry and rush! There’s plenty of hiking groups like that and mine isn’t one of them :D I’m a yoga / spin / dance / aqua fit instructor so I get my “exercise” doing those things, being in the woods for me is a communion with the nature we are so separated from in our fast-paced, over-connected society. Here, we unplug and hike among many different terrains and trails, each of which I will explain for that particular excursion.
