Gentle Yoga - Beginners Welcome This well-rounded yoga class seeks to transform the mind, body and spirit. Postures are slowly repeated in rhythm with the breath to balance, stretch and strengthen the body while calming and centering the mind. Plenty of modifications are provided to make postures accessible to all students, including beginners and those with physical restrictions, while providing options to challenge more advanced students. Come join us and experience the ease of renewed movement and the joy of a peaceful mind. Requirement: This class includes standing, seated, and reclined yoga poses. Please make sure you are comfortable getting down to the floor and back up again. What to Wear: Comfortable clothes that allow for ease of movement. What to Bring: A beach towel or small blanket if possible. This can be helpful for sensitive knees and to sit on when we are in seated poses. What We Provide: A yoga mat, water (or feel free to bring your own), and blocks. As always, donations are appreciated but not required. See you soon Fitness Champions!
