Are you wanting to get out the house to meet new people. People who are friendly and just like you? Do you want to walk a short way in local areas, while enjoying the scenery? If you've ever suffered with anxiety or depression or any mental health issues, then you know what it's like and how much courage it takes just to get out of bed some days. If you would like to meet new people or get a bit fitter with some walks, or just get out the house then come and join us for a walk. If you've got any walks that you'd like to go on, then let us know and we can then have a wider range of walks that hopefully everyone will enjoy.
