July's topic will be conducted by Brother Julia Rousseau on a study of Freemasonry: Does magic exists and where does it come from? After a short lecture, a discussion and debate by the group will follow.
Magic has a long history. It has been practiced by all different people and cultures. Its practice can be one of good that leads to harmony and evolution or the opposite, which leads to madness and possibly death. Magic is a collection of ancient mysteries utilized by both initiates and profanes who have obtained satisfying’s results. In the field of magic, it is necessary practice with awareness as any word of power, gesture, prayer or symbol is vita. Join us as we discuss the history of magic, its import, and how Freemasonry can help one to understand that magic is a natural not yet understood.
