*As you know we went to 'Tier 4' areas locally and then lockdown 3, which prohibits Meetup events for the time being. We have had no choice therefore but to further postpone this shoot. We are delighted to bring back MUAs and Hair Stylists to our creative team! We have secured exclusive access to University College Birmingham outdoor sets (We have security working weekend overtime to grant us access to the sparkling new and deserted campus!)
We will have 2 Beauty Fashion models booked for each of our 3 Bubbles. MUAs will be working in a COVID safe environment including full PPE.
There is FREE parking available in the staff car park. You will need to message me your registration number and vehicle colour upon booking to qualify for this.
We have 3 outdoor sets with a switch round for variety. Scheduled shoot time is from 11:15am to 2:15pm sharp due to security working hours.
Water, tea & coffee, crisps and biscuits will be provided at each set. Toilets are available near to each set.
We are outside and in 3 Bubbles of just 6 participants each to conform to the government "Rule of Six", despite the fact that the Uni has a training exemption. The building areas we use will be deep cleaned both BEFORE and AFTER our shoot for everyone's safety, as part of a comprehensive COVID Risk Assessment.
This does mean sadly that you are NOT allowed to bring any guests.
This means a shooting ratio of 1:4 (guaranteed) and 1:2 (likely). If all models become unavailable due to COVID or other reason the Bubble will be cancelled, and this may be at short notice. So far this has not yet happened but these are the difficult times we are operating in, so we appreciate your understanding!
Upon booking please msg me your email address or Facebook profile. I will then be able to send you the Safety Briefing with all the info including maps, parking and locations etc.
You will need to have a camera with you of course, ideally with a hot shoe for lighting trigger and we do recommend bringing a flash as well.
We are a very friendly group as you will see from previous feedback and all levels of photography experience are welcomed.
The fee for the hosted session (including Paypal fee of £1-50) is £36-50 which is terrific value! Previous images have won awards online in Purpleport, won competitions and been published internationally.
There is a refund policy. Please note that due to COVID your place can ONLY be refunded if the event is cancelled OR postponed OR you have symptoms and are having a COVID test OR that we can find a replacement attendee for you.
We DO recommend bringing a flashgun too for fill in flash and to add to your lighting options. As it includes outdoor shooting please do consider bringing a brolly and appropriate dress!
