Being pregnant can be a happy time filled with anticipation, but it certainly is not always fun and games. From morning sickness, back ache, and a wild range of emotions to the overwhelming number of decisions you need to make, this pregnancy thing is TOUGH.

During our classes, we focus on creating a safe environment, where moms can freely engage in sharing their hopes, fears and experiences and where they can support and empower one another.
We know this pregnancy thing can be touch! We are moms and we have been there!
That's why we created a place to make your journey to motherhood FUN and EMPOWERING!
