We want to give you the opportunity to train with other like minded practitioners, so that we can all learn and improve together in a safe, courteous environment. We've done mainly Chi Sao and Push Hands in the past, but are opening things up to all martial artists! Have sensitivity and reflex drills you want to train across systems? Knife, stick, or sword practice? Sparring/rolling? We'd love to have you!
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to sign in and warm up a bit. If nobody is here by start time, we close up for the night. Please be prompt, or notify us if you will be coming in later.
Please do not bring live weapons (sharpened blades, loaded firearms etc.). Please plan to stow these in your vehicle during class if necessary. Training weapons are welcome. If in doubt, please contact us ahead of time to ask!
We need to charge to cover overhead, so we hope you understand. In exchange, you get to train with us in a safe, clean room inside an excellent local athletic facility. Your door contribution is greatly appreciated. Please be prepared to bring your own equipment (training weapons, protective gear etc.) depending on what you want to practice. We have mats, so please bring mat-friendly shoes or plan to be barefoot. Restrooms, water fountains, and a changing room are in the back.
Our time will start with brief introductions to share your name, background and practice. After a brief primer for newcomers, we will have an open format based on how many are in attendance, and who is doing which practice (chi sao, push hands, sparring etc.). The floor will be open to a brief group q&a discussion at the end of our time.

Drop in rate for guests is $20 per class. This class is free for current enrolled students.
