Delo family FMA is the simple, effective Filipino martial arts system taught by Instructor Frank Delo at Amalgam Martial Academy. Great for all skill levels, but especially for beginners interested in the broader world of FMA who need a less complex introduction into these exciting arts.
Please wear comfortable athletic clothes, and bring your own water/drinks. Equipment (sticks, training blades etc.) will be available for practice and for purchase if needed.

Curious about Tai Chi but intimidated? This is the perfect class for you! We teach traditional Tai Chi in an updated short form optimized for new students to learn the real fundamentals of the style. This does not replace other Tai Chi programs, but rather gives newcomers a comfortable introduction to the art, a stable foundation for a lifetime of practice, and a relevant bridge into any other Tai Chi program of their choice. Open styles and all skill levels! Light to moderate training on whatever material of interest happens to come up in the group that day. Nothing too intense, since we don't want to walk into our day jobs with a fresh shiner or a broken bone if we can help it! Bring whatever pads/equipment, food & water you choose. We tend to grab brunch/lunch afterwards, depending. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
