This is a group for anyone interested in meditation, be it just for the health benefits or also for the spiritual side of meditation. We will also explore the benefits of crystals and look both at the energetic properties in through the eyes of holistic benefits of crystals and the proof backed up by science.
This is a group for anyone wishing to explore their own spiritual nature, which is not dogmatic but what each of us has - a spiritual/energy body.
This is a place where you can talk freely about your own beliefs and experiences.

MEDITATION every Tuesday

West Wycombe

Hello, The weekly Meditation class is back this Tuesday from 7.30pm until 8.30pm. Your first class is £5 We will begin with some breathing techniques to calm the mind and bring the mind, body and breath into harmony. The first meditation will be a sitting meditation. The second meditation will be longer and will be laying down. I will increase the length of the meditations each week as your brain and body get used to letting go, relaxing and connecting to yourself and your breath. I will supply yoga matts, blankets and pillows but do feel free to bring along your own to make your meditation super comfortable. Also as it is getting colder an extra pair of socks may be beneficial Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to sit as well as lay down. This is a class for all. You do not have to do anything but bring yourself along and relax. If you have never meditated that is fine as we will be talking through what meditation is and how it effects the body and will be starting with shorter meditations increasing as the weeks go on - allowing your body time to adjust and get used to meditation. We will also have time to sit and chat about anything that feels right to talk about. There may be common theme each week - such as boundaries, stress management, Relationships, Well being practices and so on.
