We have had 2 weeks off due to the Holidays...it's time to get back at it!
Wednesday mornings are now for Speed! A Speed workout to help you get over Hump Day!
The 3 mile route can still be run if that is your preference. For the speed workout, we will run the regular route for the first mile and stop in at the lake to run 800's (1/2 mile) around the lake. The goal will be[masked]'s (1/2 miles)
Once the workout is completed, we will finish out the route and head out to face the world rejuvenated!
