Hi my name is Linda, I have been practising meditation since 2009 when I was lucky enough to live on the Thai/ Myanmar border for 3 years. Whilst living there I taught a group of monks English in exchange for guidance on meditation and breathing techniques. Since settling back in the UK I have become a qualified mindfulness teacher, I studied a 2-year postgraduate programme at Bangor University in 2016. I love to meet up with like minded people and share some of the techniques I have learnt.... and ground breathe and connect together xx

Retreat morning 'RETREAT & RESET for 2022'

Amethyst Cave

Welcome to this warming, winter morning RETREAT of stillness connection and mindful movement. A chance to let go of your responsibilities and just BE you.
This retreat aims to shed what no longer serves you from 2021, set positive intentions for 2022 and warm you up from the inside out, leaving you with a sense of calm and 'INNER GLOW'.
This morning of Mindfulness will include:
~ a grounding/ settling meditation. Putting down what no longer serves us and setting positive intentions for 2022!
~ Gentle mindful movement to step into the body, to drop down from the whirlwind mind, releasing energy blockages which can lead to low emotions.
~A deep letting go meditation. Lie down in your nest of blankets as I guide you through the body visualising each part being warmed and letting go of the stresses and strains being held in the body from the year gone by into the hug of the earth.
~ guided journaling and reflection time to connect inwards
~ A closing sitting (or lying) practice of gratitude for all that is flowing and abundant in our lives.

You will leave the morning with warm hearts, chilled minds and energised bodies..... ready to carry on this New Year with a new mindset!
suitable for all. As an introduction to the main mindfulness practices if you are new to mindfulness, or an opportunity to deepen your practice if you already have some experience

MINDFULNESS CLASS: Wellness Wednesdays

Bar Beyond

Are you in need of some mid-week mindfulness and TLC?

Come and join me at this beautiful new venue to let go of the weight of your body and mind
The session will include settling practice to arrive HERE with your body and breath, 20 minutes of very gentle, tension releasing mindful movement and a 30 minute deep relaxing meditation to rest and restore your whole being.
We will finish with a mini spicy tea and a chat ❤🙏
£10 drop in or £45 for block of 5. please book on and pay in advance as spaces are limited. Join me for this evening of connection and self care. It doesn't matter if it is your first time trying mindfulness or you have a regular practice in place. This session is suitable for all.

Cosy up in this beautiful studio with the hug of the heated floor beneath you for an hour of mindfulness.

We will arrive in the space with a grounding meditation, gently arrive in our bodies with simple movement for 15 minutes and then nest down and fully let go into a meditation to create the space you need in life for calm and confidence to flow in
