• What we'll do
In this interactive session, we will explore the elegant Mind Body Breath connection and how we can consciously use our breath and mindfulness to:
- Manage our emotions
- Release stress and bring clarity to the mind
- Live in the present moment
- Live a healthier and happier life
This workshop will give us a clear understanding on how to reduce negative emotions - anger, regret, sadness, anxiety and fear - that eat up our energy and time putting an unnecessary burden on our efforts.

This workshop is also an introduction to the Art of Living programs.
