What we're about

Public Group

Meet other local hiking enthusiasts. Make a new friend or three. Burn a few calories. Enjoy nature in our fabulously beautiful Westchester County, the Hudson Valley and beyond!!

G.M.Trevelyan once said:

"We are literally children of the earth, and removed from her our spirits wither or run to various forms of insanity. Unless we can refresh ourselves at least by intermittent contact with nature, we grow awry."

This is a hiking group with a wide range of hikes, with some that include rock scrambles. You hike at your own risk. Please wear hiking shoes/boots (this is an absolute must). Always bring at least two liters of water and snacks depending on length of hike.

Dogs are welcome to come with us when the event writeup says a dog friendly hike.
