This is a group for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, burnout or a midlife crisis. Let's hold space for each other to express what we're going through and share what works in a judgment-free environment. We start by appreciating that we come from different backgrounds and manage our hormonal challenges many different ways (HRT, yoga, chocolate, meditation, all of the above...). There is no ONE right way to "do" menopause, only what works for you.
Each meeting we'll have time to share and have a discussion topic. But if you just want to hang out and complain for an hour that's cool, too, because what this is about most of all is support.
