Joey was previously CEO of Mindspark, a consumer software company that builds, markets and delivers a wide range of internet consumer products including brands such as Television Fanatic, Retrogamer, and Coupon Alert.
Prior to his appointment at Mindspark in November 2009, Mr. Levin served as Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions and Finance for IAC. Since joining IAC in 2003, Joey has worked on a number of transactions for IAC including the acquisitions of ServiceMagic and People Media, and the spin-offs of Ticketmaster, Interval Leisure Group, HSN, and LendingTree, completed in 2008. Prior to joining IAC, Mr. Levin worked in the Technology Mergers & Acquisitions group for Credit Suisse First Boston (now Credit Suisse) in San Francisco advising public and private technology and e-commerce companies on a variety of transactions.
Mr. Levin also serves on the board of Tree.com (NASDAQ: TREE) He graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A.S. in Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
