The Westcliff Mental Fitness Club is for everyone that wants to get together to workout their minds to make your brain as fit as the rest of you. We will do mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, hypnosis and coaching practice, and more.
Westcliff Mental Fitness Club members have exclusive access to an ongoing, informal series of workshops and get-togethers in an amazing supportive group environment in Newport Beach (http://www.newportclinic.com)--all aimed at demystifying the secrets of becoming mentally strong and sharing resources, tools, and techniques for flexing your mental muscle in powerful and beneficial ways.
