LINE DANCING IS A FUN WAY TO EXCERCISE, STAY (OR GET) IN SHAPE & KEEP YOUNG (YOU HAVE SEEN TINA TURNER - RIGHT??????)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This group is for ANYONE looking for a way to:
- keep active
- lose weight
- reduce stress (which will help to reduce cholesterol & high blood pressure and other health related problems)
- meet people
- get out of the house
- HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You will also be learning dances that you can participate in at weddings, clubs, cruises, etc.

Line Dancing is a fun, energizing, cardio workout that feels more like a "party" than a traditional workout or exercise regimen. The choreographed steps are danced to contemporary R&B and Soul music.

No partners or experience is needed - ALL you need is an attitude to have FUN!!!!!!!!!

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. You must have your picture profile when joining the group so everyone will be able to match a name with a face at our gatherings.

We will learn old school dances like "The Wobble" and "The Cupid Shuffle" as well as "Chuck Baby" and "Haters Shuffle" AND SO MANY MORE!!!!! We will learn a new dance every week. Each meetup will start off with a 5 minute stretch, 40 minutes of moderate dance, 25 minutes of high intensity, and a cool down.
