What's your favorite ethnic food?

Chinese: fried pork dumplings. British: shepherd's pie. Israeli: falafel/hummus tie. Indian: spicy red chicken curry. I have a favorite or two from each country. It's hard to narrow down just one overall.

What are your favorite ethnic restaurants?

Royal Thai is my favorite one in Nashville. I don't know a lot of them here, but I regularly visited several while living in Winston-Salem, NC.

What's the most interesting/different thing you have eaten?

While in Belize, the local family that we were staying with killed a pair of 6-8 ft iguanas. They then proceeded to cut open the female & harvest her eggs and then grilled both animals over an open fire. So, it would be grilled iguana & it's eggs.

I enjoy world travel, ethnic dining, foreign languages & world music. My favorite ways to experience ethnic food are with a native person in his/her home or going w/ him/her to a restaurant serving authentic ethnic food from his/her country.
