Bring a Single Friend

  • Dec 13, 2013 · 6:30 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Being a New Yorker, there is one benefit that comes with living in this great city and that is - you're always guaranteed a plus one (friend, a great neighbor, or single coworker). An according to studies single friends in New York tend to travel in packs. The one dilemma we always encounter is not being able to find a great partner to complete the package.

In the years of owning this group, I've come across meeting great people, the question always remains at the top of the list, "are you single?". The answer is always yes!

One day three members of our group came up with a great idea while eating, why not create an event where members can come to meet other members and bring a single friend. With almost 10,000 members this shouldn't be difficult right?

Ever since the first try we've decided to have the "Bring your Single friend" event every chance we get.

Want to know how it works: Here are the rules!

Every member is asked to bring a single friend: this constitutes as a coworker, friend, family or workout buddy

More than one person is welcomed - limited to two guest per member

Please change your RSVP if not attending, this is a limited event

If you do not have a friend, please come as a guest of the host Olisa

The event will take place in a private room at the Mason Jar (reserved balcony area) amongst our own group - separate from other attendees.

Happy Hour will take place until 7 pm:

How to get there: take the 6 train to 33 Street

The event is located between Park and Madison
