I am interested in learning about cheese making so I have joined this group. I learn best through group activities, but I have been reading a cheese making book, that is making me very curious about cheese making. Is there room for this newbie?
I worked at the Beverage People from 2007 to 2013 and enjoyed my time greatly delving deeply into the hobbies of home brewing, cheesemaking, and wine making. Happy to be back at it again after a couple years hiatus due to mega-commuting to work.
