Dues

From: Nancy V.

Dear members,

Once again, we are running into a problem with meet up and dues payments.

I thought we had solved this with opening the portal "We Pay" as a pathway for payments. That has been working for new members and many of us have used it to renew dues.

The problem is, there isn't anyway to stop the site from charging you for a renewal, that I can find, and apparently they still have access to the card you paid with previously. Since I cannot figure out how to tell members to disable this access, I have deleted dues payments until I can get this resolved.

We have traditionally requested dues be paid every year on an annual basis, which means most of us renew in January.  However, we began using "We Pay", renewals are determined by date last paid.

For now, we do not have any events that will require prepayment until next year. If you are new to the club, rest assured that if you wish to join you may give us a check at the next meeting you attend.

See you soon,

Nancy
