Part of what I've come to love about whiskey is all the wonderful, unusual, old and new places, where you can alight upon a bar stool and explore the many shades of amber in the graceful curve of a glass.
One of the types of events I’m going to try and do is arrange for the exploration of shiny, spanking new places. Bars with no history other than the one we make.
Isn't that an idea as delicious as Pappy served neat?
I think it is.
We’ll go with no expectations and an open mind as to what each new spot can offer.
