It was this philosophy that made us- Whistling Nomads.Adventurous Outdoors and Motorcycles brought together like minded friends and the shared passion of traveling sealed the bond and made it even stronger.

Our well trained, qualified and experienced team of motorcyclists, trekkers and adventure professionals, research and design our own routes and itineraries. We put in the time and care into creating trips and personally look after even the minutest detail.

• What we'll do • What we'll do HikingJunkies brings this easy-to-moderate trek in the Himalayas for all you nature/mountain lovers who'd like to experience the unforgettable sight of several mighty mountains including 7 Sisters, Shitidhar, Friendship Peak, Hanuman Tibba, Deo Tibba and Indrasan Peak in one single trek. Not only that, on this trek, you'll get to visit the birth place of the river Beas and see the diverse, surreal landscapes that you come across on the way to the Beas Kund. Beas Kund is also the base camp for several famous summit peaks including Friendship Peak, Shitidhar & Ladakhi. This is a 3-day trek and assumes you're present in Manali by 6 AM on the day this trek commences. The cost of this trek covers everything from Manali to Manali. Please read the further info below about the trek and join us on this amazing adventure. Activities: ------------------ - Hiking - Camping - Sightseeing Itinerary: ----------------- Day 1: — Assemble near the Durga Temple (Near Manali Bus Stop, Mall Road) by 6 AM — After a briefing, hop in a bus to Solang Nala — Start walking towards Dhundi. You'll basically be walking on an 8KM long tarmac road — Camp for the night at Dhundi or a bit higher up between Dhundi and Bakar Thatch where we can get better views Day 2: — Start the trek to Beas Kund from the campsite and get back to the campsite before the weather starts turning bad. Going there and coming back will roughly be a 7-8KM long trek. — Camp for the night exchanging adventure stories and experiences Day 3: — Today we'll head down to Solang Nala via the same route. It'll be a 9-10KM trek — From Solang Nala, we'll get in the vehicle to head back to Manali. — After having our final lunch for the trek, we'll bid adios to each other. From here, you're free to roam around Manali if time allows or hop into your buses that'll take you back to where you come from. This trek can be done by first timers. Please do make sure that you've been keeping yourself fit and active. Price: Rs. 4,000/person.
