Class will begin at 6:30pm and end at 7:30pm. For class you will need a yoga mat and to wear comfortable clothing. Meditation props will be provided by studio, for ex: blanket, bolster, etc. Class will begin with Aroma therapy with meditation background music. Class will include 3-4 meditation techniques that students will practice with Jazmin's guidance. Yoga stretches will be included in-between meditation teachings to keep the legs comfortable and relaxed. Every class will begin and end in Savasana.
