Free Workshops Devoted to Self-Knowledge
We’ll come together and create a safe and lively space to dive deeply into self-identify, relating, and group affiliation. Approaches may include: teaching, journaling, guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, dyad and small-group work, and somatic methods such as breath, sound and movement.
This is a series of three free workshops which will benefit anyone wanting to gain greater self-knowledge and expand awareness of navigating the sometimes tricky waters of group membership.
