What we're about

Change Your Diet, Change Your Life: What your daughter already knows…JumpStart your life in NoVA.
Almost everyone I know has a young woman in their home (daughter or granddaughter) who has “gone vegan”. This is usually a result of a love for animals, knowledge of the environmental impact of eating meat, or an understanding of the health benefits of whole plant food. All of these are compelling reasons to engage in a short program to truly see firsthand the personal health benefits that are derived from this sustainable lifestyle.
I will be leading a 10 day, 50 person, whole food, plant based nutritional program called a PlantPure JumpStart, developed by PlantPure Nation ( http://www.plantpurenation.com/ ) with a kickoff on February 24th in NoVA. This will be a life-changing opportunity to experience over a short 10 day period how healthy eating can lead to lower cholesterol (average reductions of 20% in past Jumpstarts), reduction or elimination of medications, increased energy and weight loss. You also will get an opportunity to learn about the power of a healthy diet directly from Dr. T. Colin Campbell, best known for The China Study and his featured role in the #1 viewed Netflix documentary Forks Over Knives, and from his oldest son, Nelson Campbell, director of PlantPure Nation who will present at the kickoff. PlantPure Nation will be released in theaters nationwide on July 4th 2015.
For a program fee of $250, participants will receive 8 days of food (lunch and dinner entrée daily, one pound serving size), 2 blood tests and weigh-ins, a Forks Over Knives video, and a warming tray for reheating the meals. This successful program began in Mebane NC where 80% of people in the program on chronic medications had the option of going off these prescriptions after moving to a whole food, plant based diet.
