This group provides support, education, and socialization for those who are currently following or interested in transitioning to a whole foods plant based lifestyle. Any one wanting to learn more about or seeking support with living or transitioning to a plant based lifestyle should attend. We will share tips and strategies, food, recipes, meal plans and resources spiced with fun and laughter. Come mingle with like minded folks and make new friends!
This will be the second meeting of our WFPB Lifestyle group. Your response to this new group has been phenomenal! We look forward to seeing you all as we continue to socialize, share, encourage and spur each other along toward improved health and wellness through the powerful healing effects of whole food plant based nutrition. This time we begin the meeting by showing the Recovery Panel video of health transformational testimonials from The 2018 Holistic Holiday At Sea Cruise. Last meeting we ran out of time. Afterward we will open up for discussion and questions.
If you have a favorite delicious Thanksgiving holiday dish that has been a hit, please bring the recipe to share. We will also discuss some helpful strategies and tips for enjoying the upcoming holiday season while eating in abundance!
