Key Ideas from “A Course in Miracles” - with Ben Cohen
Students of “A Course in Miracles” often spend many years studying its 1200 pages of teachings. It was written as a guide to help people access their higher wisdom, forgive themselves and others, and find inner peace in a chaotic world. In this workshop, longtime student Ben Cohen will share several essential ideas from the “Course”, and show you how you can use these ideas to help meet the challenges of daily life.
Ben Cohen is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga in the Boston area for over 20 years. He has a master’s degree in counseling psychology and has studied and worked with A Course in Miracles, Nonviolent Communication, the Work of Byron Katie, and the Integral Life Practice teachings of Ken Wilber. More information about Ben and his offerings can be found at his website, http://www.stretchways.com (http://www.stretchways.com/).
