Integration - with Linda Marks

In a world where there is so much compartmentalization, fragmentation and seemingly opposing polarities, many of us live with a feeling of numbness or disconnection. When important parts of our selves and our lives are viewed as competing interests, our stress grows and our joy suffers. Torn between head versus heart, work versus play, money versus meaning, and mind versus body, many of us seek to find more integration. Compartmentalization can appear to simplify our lives in the short-term, but in the long-term, we may find ourselves feeling disconnected from our hearts and souls.

Integration generates a feeling of wholeness, and ultimately happiness and inner peace. A key part of life integration involves finding and following our hearts. Working through the dark side to heal from past wounds is also part of the integration process. We need emotional safety to feel through our shadow material to become more whole and integrated. This workshop will explore what integration means and how to create it in our lives.

Donation is welcome.
